I’ve used CLS twice over 10 years and both times the support and service was top tier. Fast and friendly communication, and such a seamless process finding a car for me. I reached out a third time some years ago looking for a used car but note they finance and lease new cars only. Car was delivered to me in a week, paperwork already prepared, quick signatures, and a simple walk through of your car’s features. Can’t recommend this enough! As a busy parent and business owner, bypassing the 4 hour dealership visit is a major win.

I'm beyond satisfied with CLS. They are incredibly communicative and their service is top tier. They treat you with respect and don't waste your time as they send a car representative to your home or office tasked to facilitate the swap. This car representative from CLS stayed until he had explained all the features of my new infiniti QX60 Luxe Suv. Moreover, the paperwork took about 10 minutes as their technology and approach to such is super efficient. Building upon this, although I promise that I checked my car several times before this exchange, I seem to have forgotten the drive way clicker to my home.
