After undergoing treatment with Dr. Silani and staff for about 2 years, I feel like it's an appropriate time to write about my experience. From the minute I stepped into the office, I felt a huge wave of relief, knowing that my issues with dry eye were both seen and heard. Visits with my previous ophthalmologist felt extremely transactional; a simple diagnosis was made and various prescription drops thrown at me. I showed little to no improvement. Dr.Silani & staff are the best. Their professional & thorough approach to treating the affects of dry eye & ocular rosacea are in a class by itself. Doctor goes above & beyond. He listens & is a compassionate soul. I always feel better leaving there.
Dr. Silani has both the technology and expertise to address all aspects of dry eye. The advanced imaging provided clear evidence of the cause of my pain and helped identify effective treatments. The entire team was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to answer my many questions.
Before finding this clinic, I had seen three other optometrists/ophthalmologists, but they could only recommend eye drops and “time to heal.” More time in my previous condition would have only worsened the problem.
