I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting Dr. Silani’s probing procedure to be very helpful because I’m used to it being a very painful procedure (I’ve had it done three times before with other doctors (who are world renowned) and it was extremely painful each time) and it happened to be quite painless this time. But it’s been a month since the probing and I’m feeling better than I did before the procedure. I think he must have a superior pain control protocol. But I also must give credit to Dr. Silani’s gentle hands. Thank you Dr. Silani!
After undergoing treatment with Dr. Silani and staff for about 2 years, I feel like it's an appropriate time to write about my experience. From the minute I stepped into the office, I felt a huge wave of relief, knowing that my issues with dry eye were both seen and heard. Visits with my previous ophthalmologist felt extremely transactional; a simple diagnosis was made and various prescription drops thrown at me. I showed little to no improvement. Dr.Silani & staff are the best. Their professional & thorough approach to treating the affects of dry eye & ocular rosacea are in a class by itself. Doctor goes above & beyond. He listens & is a compassionate soul. I always feel better leaving there.
