This is my first time writing a review -- do NOT go here! Super overpriced and my gel nails (which looked horrible to begin with) peeled off as soon as I got home.
I have been to this salon previously and was so impressed. Although they are short staffed, they took such great care and left an incredible impression. Today, however, was the complete opposite experience. I came in at 2:30, was told to come back, as they were a bit backed up. Came back at the designated time, waited for an hour. During that window of time a woman came in. She was obnoxious and rude and demanded services. They began her services before me, although she had no appointment. I'd like to think race had nothing to do with it but I am black, said rude woman was white. Needless to say, I won't be spending another dollar at this location.
My girlfriend and I were day tripping in Beverly Hills and we came upon this cute nail spa... Pauline, Hannah and Ivy were absolutely lovely! We got Mani/pedis and enjoyed ourselves immensely. While we were there we met some people that were visiting from Minnesota and had a wonderful time chatting with them... The space is really nice and they gave excellent Mani/Pedi's.
