Everything runs extremely smooth, the staff is all very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Word of advice: If your comming in with a minor make sure that you always have a form of ID for them, even if they’ve been there before.
I stopped in after losing my nose ring and needed a new one installed. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience. The blonde, feminine-presenting staff member whose name started with an L was incredibly kind and helpful, making the process of choosing a new nose ring easy and stress-free.
David did the piercing installation, and they were fantastic. They were gentle, thorough, and explained each step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable. The whole experience was professional, welcoming, and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!
