About University Health Services, Tang Center
University Health Services (UHS) at Tang Center offers a wide range of health services, including medical, mental health, and insurance support, to UC Berkeley students, faculty, and staff. UHS is known for its affordable prices and provides resources such as free massage chairs and opportunities to obtain over-the-counter medications for free. Students have reported positive experiences with the optometry clinic, praising the staff's friendliness and thoroughness. While some students have noted occasional rudeness from pharmacy and lab staff, and a lack of communication between departments, the majority of feedback highlights the positive aspects of UHS, making it a valuable resource for the UC Berkeley community.
