I can't say anything about consistency having been here once, but I can say that the lady who did my regular mani did a really good job. She was detail oriented and clean. No pain. The hand massage was nice too.I'm not the type to talk a lot at the salon, so I appreciated that she didn't push questions and just let me be in zen mode.

I've been coming here for years and always am happy with their quality of work. They are very friendly, the shop is clean, and the place is relaxing, which is more than I can say about a lot of nail salons. I usually get a mani and pedi, and sometimes I get gel and the gel always lasts for about 10 days before signs of wear and I can stretch it to two weeks before coming back in.

I've been a customer of The Nail Spa for nearly 20 years. I started going to their Berkely location and when that closed and they opened the College Ave location I continued going to them. They take cleanliness seriously. The sanitation is the best I've seen. The women are helpful and nice. Kathy, Tanya and Kim make me feel so special. Wonderful massage is included in the nail treatment. They have added clear barriers to give added protection from COVID and everyone is masked. They keep the front door open for added air circulation. If you want a real treat, have the Royal Indulgence with added salt scrub and aromatherapy.
