I've been seeing Aryn Earnhardt, neuro NP, for over a year now & she's been fantastic. Good listener, creative problem solver for my particularly difficult migraines, & her team has been responsive when I have questions between visits.

My doctor was fine. Referrals were a nightmare and that's why I left. You can only see a specialist who is affiliated with Sutter and no one else even if your insurance plan will cover those other people. There are very few choices within Sutter. I had one physical therapy place and one urologist to choose from, and if I didn't like them it was tough luck.

Very poor care at Sutter. During Covid, the health care practitioners did not wear masks. Sincr then, I had a hard time scheduling an appointment. Staff does not understand basic English. Things got confused - dates, appointments, etc. Then long wait times to finally see a doctor.
