I have enjoyed Steamworks many times, so I am not going to give one star. However, I had perhaps the worst customer experience of my life there recently, and I am shocked by it. I went to Steamworks yesterday, driving from Fresno. I had called a few days before because they didn’t return my wallet to me the last time I was there, and I had forgotten to ask for it. I decided to check in, and was told there was a hold on my account. They also said they could’t explain anything to me, and I would have to speak to a manager, who would not be available. So I had traveled three hours for Steamworks only to have to turn around and travel three more hours.
