On the day of the shoot, the photographer, Matt, was a very gentle and friendly guy who always had a smile on his face, which helped me feel less nervous. He checked the test shots with us to ensure we were satisfied with the results—very professional.

As a professional, I believe it's important to have a current head shot. I've invested plenty on all kinds of courses, consultants and other business expenses. If I'm the product, shouldn't I show up as my best? It costs enough to be in business, and I don't think a professional photo is the place to be cheap. What Nan produces is a world away from the quick-picts we can all get with our phones, etc. I've finally scheduled a family shoot with Nan.
