My bathtub has been dripping for years and my landlord has come with a plumber many times but it never got fixed. Friday it starting leaking buckets, so I looked up nearby plumbers. Leonard responded right away, was available when I was done with work, was very knowledgeable, and actually fixed it! He even offered to come back with a piece to fix a problem getting water going to my shower head. I would call him again if need be. Thanks.

I'm so glad I found one step plumbing! Knowledgeable, kind and transparent -- Leonardo diagnosed the problem quickly and easily. Completely reasonable price, too! Will use again

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.
