I had a wonderful experience at Marlowe! Your basic mani-pedi, but in an aesthetically beautiful setting with very nice people! However, the cost is significantly higher than most other salons and therefore relegated to the very occasional treat as opposed to regular care of hands and feet.

I would like to commend Marlowe for making things right. Not only did they invite me back for another try, but said they would train their staff in response to my experience. That is stellar customer service! My mani/pedi with Anna was great. I went for my follow-up in mid-November (edit: it was actually October!) and the regular polish is still on my toes without chipping! I've already made my next appointment. Thanks, Marlowe!

I came here a few times in 2019 and finally returned today, almost 4 years later! I had a gel mani with Erica and she did amazing. She is also incredibly kind. Yes, this salon is pricey, but you are paying for the ambiance and service. I have always loved their complementary tea. If I still lived in the Bay, I would without a doubt be a regular.
