Made an appointment here so I could get acrylics before my friend’s wedding! They were accommodating of my need to be finished by a certain time so I could get to work after, and I was finished early with plenty of time to spare :)
One provider began my service and then a different provider took over the rest when there were other walk-ins, but I felt attended to and they both checked in with me about shaping etc. to make sure I got what I wanted.
My one critique is that one nail got over filed and doesn’t match the shape of the others because she filed it down more after applying polish, but this is so minor to me as I know nobody but me is looking that closely....read full review
Love Lavender Nails! They are taking care of me and my Mom who is 89 and has mobility issues. They use great tools to address the older hardened nails with such care. They add a massage to your calves and arms, and you feel refreshed when you come out.
overall good experience and went here for Dazzle Dry but did notice my manicure chipping earlier than it did with my self-done Dazzle Dry manicure. My guess is because my manicurist did one layer instead of two of the base coat, so make sure to ask for two as the Dazzle Dry system recommends! Either way, still lasts longer than a regular mani.
