We had some schedule confusion about a Thursday 7:30am follow-up appointment a few weeks ago. I waited outside before calling at 7:40 and heard on a recording they closed the office Thursday and Friday for Rosh Hashanah. It turns out they had tried to call me, but my phone was temporarily not working due to a change in my job. I was disappointed they did not follow up to make sure I knew they cancelled my appointment - they could have called my wife or sent me an email. But I understand how these things can happen. Keith and his staff were very apologetic and eager to make things right. We all make mistakes - and these guys handled this one with grace. Really kind and talented people. Their services are expensive, but they are willing to phase work to fit my insurance and budget.
