Sometimes you come across remarkable people with with a heart of gold. Dr. Kami is one of those people. I had to fly very unexpectedly to Berkeley on a Sunday. The very next day, my tooth was really hurting, and I knew something was wrong. I called Dr. Kami’s office, deciding on him after reading reviews, and oh my gosh, the man is brilliant and kind. Today I had the first good experience at the dentist in my whole life. Since I was very little, I have HATED going to the dentist. Today, I think that changed.
I get very overwhelmed by new places, sounds, smells, etc., and I walked in with my sunglasses and noise cancelling headphones (iykyk). I was not judged or asked to take them off. Everyone there treated me so nicely. I didn't have a panic attack or cry!
It is apparent that Dr. Kami leads his team with kindness and warmth, because that is how I was welcomed today. I feel very grateful to have found his practice and only wish I'd found them sooner. I don't hate the dentist anymore! :)
The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. You can tell how much pride Dr Kami and his entire staff takes in giving you the best care possible. If you want the best most precise dental care this is definitely the office you want to go to.
