I absolutely love my personal physician Dr. Shaw and have followed her from Pinole to Richmond to Berkeley. She is kind and professional and knowledgeable. Also, the rest of the staff I encountered were all great, from the friendly check-in lady that I waved with every time I passed her desk to Dr, Shaw's nurse with the appropriate last name of Healing to Audrey in blood draw. I joined Kaiser in 1969 when I became a school psychologist in Richmond schools and will never leave.
Dr. Phipps really cares, and that comes through at every appointment my daughter has with her. She gives my six year old the chance to ask questions and vocalize how she feels. Everyone at the office is patient and kind.
Dr Sumner is a WONDERFUL physician. She's caring, compassionate, highly skilled and knowledgeable. She listens and is gentle in her exams. You know you're in GOOD HANDS with Dr. Sumner. She's always so nice and friendly, greeting you with a warm smile. She always takes GREAT care of me!
