Great classes with great instructors!! The music is lively - like being in a club with music designed to make you move. The instructors push you hard, but they give you options and encourage you to modify the exercises to your limits. All levels get a great work out from the college teen to the middle-age mom to the grandma -- everyone gets a challenging workout and has a great time!
Yoga...but make it a rave? Not sure how else to describe this place, but trust me, you won't be disappointed. The classes are taught in darkness paired with black lights and high powered electronic music. I've focused mainly on their pilates inferno classes which have been a unique take on pilates that actually gets me to want to do pilates. If you know me, that's a near impossible feat (I hate pilates, I mean it) but Hella Yoga has done it. Essentially it is because of their focus on high intensity intervals and plyometric movements which keeps me engaged and excited throughout the class. Highly recommended.
