I contacted Frederic about a circuit breaker connected to our refrigerator and our stove, that "popped" twice in 5 days. Frederic responded immediately, with the suggestion to plug the refrigerator on an independent outlet. So far so good...Frederic's concern was for us not to spend money on a house call if not necessary. We appreciate his honesty!

This company literally saved our lives. Our housecleaner discovered that the dishwasher plug under the sink was blackened. I called Frederic and he responded immediately. Within 24 hours, Julio (the most charming tradesman I've worked with in 37 years in Berkeley) came, installed a new GFI outlet and dishwasher plug. Our house could have burned down.
