Sorin sent his architect Kasia to first talk about design options for adding a kitchenette to create an ADU. Kasia was thoughtful and careful in her plan. Then Sorin sent an estimate which was thorough and very fair in its price and scope. I talked with Sorin about possible modifications and he took the time needed to talk through my concerns. It’s no wonder he has all 5 star reviews! And I add mine. I highly recommend Feraru & Assoc
The kitchen remodel which Feraru & Associates did for us was carried out expediently, professionally, & skillfully. Guidance from concept to finalization phases got us to a guest-wowing space we’ll enjoy for a long time.
I highly recommend working with Sorin and his team. They recently remodeled our bathroom including updating electrical and plumbing. The crew was considerate, clean, and, most importantly, they care about the quality of their work. Sorin took time to explain issues as they arose and options for resolution without any pressure.
