I went to Family Hair Care due to seeing someone else with a haircut that I really liked. Yesterday my haircut was done by Ly (the owner), and it was a great experience. She was warm and friendly, and was wanting to understand what I wanted. She did not disappoint. Usually it takes at least a few days for me to get used to a new cut, but right away I really loved it! She has a new regular client for sure. Thank you Ly! I will be seeing you again!

I called in and while on the phone she was very attentive. I called and she was able to get me in 30 minutes. But when I got there she started all her usual introduction and asked what I wanted. She shampooed and conditioned my hair but did not double shampoo and conditioned my roots which is very unusual. I asked for 2-3 inches off my hair and she even asked me to show her where and how much off. She did not listen to me at all and over 5 inches of my hair was cut. The haircut was good but very disappointing that so much of my time and effort into my hair was now gone. She kept saying during the haircut "so much" while pointing to ally hair on the floor. Lastly, she blow dried my hair, that comes with the wash, but when she started she did not even put heat protecting products in my hair. very disappointing and really just overall shocking.

I found this place by chance, and I've been going there for over a year. I've never been happier with my haircuts. Ly is a great lady—efficient, skilled, and offers incredibly affordable prices.
