On days such as this, when we have such horrible air quality in the whole bay area, it is so awesome to come in for 30 minutes for an oxygen treatment. Last night, I had a bad headache from all the smoke and toxins. It took many hours to finally shake off. Today, the first thing I did when I reached the clinic, was take a 30 minutes for a treatment session. I am so glad I made the time to do it.
