Bill Kester is a healer. I came to him because my life is stressful and I grind my teeth at night. It got to a point where the mouth guard an retainer,, the Tylenol and my heating pad were not enough.Bill knew what to do. I don't know if I officially have TMJ or not, but he has a maneuver which he performs with gloves. He reaches into your mouth and stretches muscles deep in your jaw to open up your mouth and release the pressure. It is a little uncomfortable but worth it. I feel like a new person. Bill keeps getting better. I trained in craniosacral therapy and oil massage and have received many kinds of bodywork and many sessions, but yesterday's session was singularly wonderful. I ask him to just do whatever he feels called to do, and he only did about three holds, moving very little if at all. In fact, sometimes it's the informed gentleness and slowness of his touch that affects me the most: subtle, deep physical and emotional releases happen, and very softly. Yes, it is magical. Hr also does great deep-tissue work, but I feel my soul benefit as well as muscles and joints when I just ask for "whatever." Always great, getting better over the years...
