I am coming here since 2007, so safe to say I know these folks very well. For many years I have lived across the water in San Francisco, but I drive all the way to Berkeley in my (now fixed) Suburu because I trust Berkeley Hills Dental so much. Dentists are all very competent and friendly and I must say, they have A+ dental assistants who have always helped me when I have inevitably the anxiety before and during procedures. Always I say "I will need very much the Novocain! I feel the pain strongly" And they always know this but mostly just calm me down and give me the normal amount. They must have in my file some crazy notes. One time I park near there and was getting myself together in my car, sweating and almost crying from anxiety. I finally walk up all the stairs and enter the office. "Hi Pasquale!" my most favorite assistant said and she stopped and said "are you okay? We're just doing a cleaning today, so nothing to worry about. The hard part over now that you are here." This really helped me. I sat down in the waiting area chair. I looked at a young lady who smiled at me and asked me if I was an actor. "Yes, but don't tell anyone I was here, ok." Who knows who she thought I was, but my guess is Anthony Hopkin. Anyways. My teeth are a mess, I will not lie to you. For many years I ate candy as I was going to bed and did not brush my teeth. I did not care. They tell me I have angel on my shoulder because I should have no teeth. So, you hear now: Angels are real.
I have entrusted my dental health care to Dr. Ansari and her wonderful staff for more than 20 years. She is a gracious and gentle doctor. I have had dentists before her and after. During COVID I was forced to see other dentists. When I returned to Dr. Ansari and her office I was deeply relieved to be back with people who I trusted and who cared about me. Comparing them I have experience how far superior Dr. Ansari, her technicians and office staff are above all the others. They are professional and care about their patients. The are worthy of my trust as they have never tried to upsell me or suggest work that is not needed. She is honest. They are caring. If you can get her as your dentist, you will be very lucky and very happy. I just read all the reviews and see that they all have the same high regard for Dr. Ansari, Suki and Jose that I have. They deserve the gold medal for excellence in dental health care and patient service.
Best dentist I've ever had by far. Dr. Ansari and her staff are incredibly nice. My teeth are always flawless after their cleaning. I drive 20 miles from Lafayette because I've tried practices on that side of the tunnel and they are always pushing unneeded procedures and product. You won't get that nonsense from Dr. Ansari and I've trusted her for 15 years now as a result.
