If I could give 0 stars I would. UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT. Use this as a sign to pick another “stylist”.My little sister got her hair straightened by Valencia & in addition to her roots not being flat she had the audacity to call the Benicia police over $70 she received through a money app called Apple Pay after believing it didn’t go through. There was no reason to believe the payment didn’t go through because it posted the next day.The police showed up to our house confused just doing their job because Valencia thought she didn’t get her money. My little sister got her hair straightened by Valencia & in addition to her roots not being flat she had the audacity to call the Benicia police over $70 she received through a money app called Apple Pay after believing it didn’t go through. If I could give this 0 I would. So I came here expecting to get an amazing hair cut from Valencia for the first time after someone recommended her to me. Our appointment was scheduled for 12pm. I showed up on time, rang the door bell and after a few minutes of waiting outside the door for someone to open it I decided to text her " I'm outside" ( just in case she didn't hear the doorbell or was busy with a client ) she replied saying she will be 5min late because she lost her car keys. I told her that's fine, I'll wait in my car. I waited 12min till I decided I'd try again and knock on the door before texting her if she was here already, she replied "Can't find my keys I'm sorry we're gonna have to reschedule or either if you don't wanna come back I understand" and quote. I understand she lost her car keys, it happens. I wish she would have told me this a lot earlier so I didn't waste my time and gas ( drove from Fairfield ) to get there and be told my appointment is cancelled. She is unreliable. Very disappointing. Her way of communicating was awful. Bad customer service.
