They came out to fix a problem with electrical on our new fence that had a screw going through the wire to out door light fixture. They quickly assessed how to resolve the problem. The main thing is they gave an exact time to arrive and not a 2-3 hour window. The person showed up early. Love that.

We had a great experience using K Butler to complete a set of small projects and repairs in our home. During the job walk and estimate, Ken carefully listened to our issues and desired improvements. He gave us clear options and mapped out a complete scope of work. We found his estimate to be very reasonable. So we scheduled the work.
On the scheduled day, Mat (journeyman electrician) and Andrew (apprentice) were right on time. They were professional and personable - a pleasure to work with. In fact, we liked them so much we wished we had more things for them to fix!!

Fast response to my request via email/website Their office worked with me on missed messages and set up an appointment that worked for both of us. The tech that came out to our house was knowledgable and patient with me. He fixed the issue within 45 minutes. He also did a survey for a larger project we needed corrected and took it back to the office for estimating. Great service and efficient!
