The Laverty team is a rare find among contractors: open, frank, clear about what the work is going to entail and how they will manage and execute on it. Communications through John are easy and responsive! Most importantly the problem solving with collaboration and then the quality of the workmanship is top notch. The crew keeps a pro and tidy job site at end of every work day and they are very respective of being in one's home. We are semi retired, so around a lot of the work day and we enjoyed having Scott, Tyler and whomever else was needed each day around us. John and his crew made good on all their promises to renovate a room and add two rooms to create my new space at my daughter's home in Benicia. Their attention to detail, suggestions and follow through were much appreciated.

We remodeled our entire Vacaville home over the course of a year. Upstairs first, while living downstairs, then flip flop. JLC and the team were awesome throughout the whole process. Attentive to our needs of living through the remodel. We are extremely satisfied with the results and happy to be living in our new space!
