My wife and I dropped into The Nails Emporium on a whim, and my wife left convinced she has found her new go-to spot in Los Gatos. From the moment we stepped through the door, there was a relaxed vibe, welcoming tone—but the true standout of our visit was Mimi.

Mimi handled my wife’s pedicure with meticulous care. She trimmed and shaped each nail perfectly, taking the extra moments to ask about length and comfort rather than rushing through the basics. My wife walked out visibly relieved—no more rough edges catching on socks or shoes, just smooth, even nails that looked as good as they felt.

The hot-stone massage that followed was bliss. The stones were the right temperature—soothingly warm without ever feeling too hot—and Mimi used them to work out tension along the calves and heels. It was the sort of mini-vacation your feet don’t soon forget.

Cleanliness was impeccable, the chairs were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere struck that perfect balance. Prices were more than fair for the quality of service, and we never felt rushed.

My feet weren’t bad just needed a clean up.
Really appreciate the calm atmosphere and didn’t feel rush at all.
He was so gentle on my feet and I loved how he did my nails ? almond shape but a little sharper.
I loved how he took his time and payed attention to detail. I loved loved how my nails came out that I just left them a natural hue of pink and I came in with a different idea decided at the end to go more natural and just love them.
Not too thick and they feel like if there were my real nails.
I feel this will be my new nail spot !
