She charges a decent price for the work she guarantees. She is a joy to work with and does great work. A prior reviewer mentioned a large retailer would have charged less. This might be the case but it was speculation and alterations are a loss leader for them. I suggest giving her a second chance before leaving a long mean review for a small independent business.

I've been going to see Jenny at the Twins for years. Sometimes I'm there weekly and other times I don't come for months. To my astonishment, she always remembers my name and apologizes for not recalling my phone number! Her work is excellent and fairly priced.
