Took 3 pairs of new slacks purchased for very specific events for two men with a specific pick up date for out of the country events but when came to pick up she left on vacation with no notice, call or warning despite the extensive discussion about the importance of the pick up date. Had to leave on trip with no pants creating a stressful shopping trip to replace outfits. Huge waste of money and time to replace. This woman was extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

I get the location; and rich people in the area... but I'm sorry; $35 to hem trousers is a bit too steep. She is spoiled and arrogant about her clientele. Drive a little farther and save 35% off her prices..

She charges a decent price for the work she guarantees. She is a joy to work with and does great work. A prior reviewer mentioned a large retailer would have charged less. This might be the case but it was speculation and alterations are a loss leader for them. I suggest giving her a second chance before leaving a long mean review for a small independent business.
