“Great dental work, but make sure that this office is an in-network provider before you are seen. We sent over the dental insurance card by email before joining this practice asking whether they were accepting our insurance. They said YES but failed to mention that they would be an out of network provider. An expensive lesson learned here after dental work was done and the shocking bill came, but hopefully this will help another patient to not get into the same situation.“

Not only is he knowledgeable about everything dentistry but his persona harkens back to a bygone era where you were friends with your providers, and I do consider him a friend. He’s also been super generous and willing to work with me when I was in a bind financially or with health issues. He once came in on a Sunday because I cracked my tooth and he seemed happy to do it. He offers numerous options when a situation arises. If follow up is necessary he gives you all the information you need but respects his patients enough to let them choose what’s best for themselves while still offering his genuine opinion for your specific health needs. “[]update*** Glen Park Dental’s staff sent claim on day of procedure (for pt) to Delta Dental, and a week later I received a check in the mail covering around 85% of the out of pocket costs paid prior in office.Docs are great, BUT mid treatment plan staff informed they no longer work “directly,” with delta dental insurance and client must pay all costs up front and then submit claim. This causes great burden to the patient as FSA funds will be tied up in over amount of $1000, thus will have to be paid on non FSA card. I then tried to move appointment and was offered only 2 alternatives in November. Great disservice to patients.“
