We recently had a chance to work with Star on a more consistent and robust basis taking on a portfolio with many elevators serviced by Star. Their team has been amazing with a five star customer service game, answering emails, calls and dispatching technicians to troubleshoot and address our every need. They've come through in the clutch, offering some possible solutions to remedy our vintage elevators. We're excited to see more of what the Star team is able to do for us in the future. Thank Goodness for Drew from your wonderful company! I was stuck in the elevator that felt like an eternity, He came and got me out super fast. His voice was so calming and cool. Told me to press all buttons and then a couple of wiggles from me (Which he told me to do) even though I was so scared to do so. And that was the trick to get the elevator going 😁 Hope I never get stuck again but if I do, I know who I'll be calling. Thank you so much Drew
