Kip is probably the first trainer who ever really listened to what I was saying and had a realistic path to progression. It's the first time I really saw the benefits of fitness training as opposed to just suffering without seeing any results. I wish I had someone like Kip 20 years ago. Kip is about action and focus which is what you need as a beginner when there's so much noise out there. He often brings equipment for home visits which is a benefit since you can decide what you might want to get next for your home setup. When it comes to sessions in the gym he can help you get the most out of what's available there too.
