GymClass is unlike any other gym that I’ve been a part of; from the personable staff Shannon and Zoe, the supportive community of females to the strength training knowledge, classes and equipment. I can’t imagine working out any place else. It has quickly become a home to me. My personal goals to strengthen and tone in the first month has been accomplished. I am constantly motivated by this amazing community to continuously work on new goals month to month. It has changed my perspective on health and training. Thank you!

I am really happy I joined GymClass! Shannon was my coach during my 12 week journey. I really liked how well thought out the program was and the weekly online sessions brought a great deal of knowledge. Not only was this journey physical, it was also mental. I learned that a lot of it had to do with my thoughts and actions and how we look at food and working out. I truly believe that by learning how to make positive changes in all these areas, it leads to keeping the weight off and making smart choices from here on out. Shannon and GymClass deserve a ton of credit for my health, sanity and happiness. I’ve been a client for over 5 years and am always amazed how Shannon’s coaching keeps me challenged and interested. Icing on the cake is the amazing and supportive GymClass community that takes the anxiety out of working out and makes it fun!
