“We hired K&B Remodeling & Sons to install two replacement French doors at our house. A contractor friend met them when they were engaged on another job down the street, both the contractor and our neighbor were pleased with the job they did. It is a complex job involving a variety of skills--carpentry, finish carpentry and stucco. Yonis and his team at K&B did a great job. We would definitely hire them again.
A couple of high points: they did the job promptly. Unlike some of the other projects around the neighborhood, they didn't start with a bang and then limp across the finish line weeks later. They worked every day from start to finish, arrived on time and all of the workers were always courteous. They worked cleanly--each day and each tradesman cleaned up when their work was finished. There were no piles of trash around the yard! They showed great respect for our home, yard and all of the materials (those doors weren't cheap!). Yonis is a good communicator who keep us appraised of who was coming and when, and if something changed, he let us know.
The job was done on time, on budget and Yonis and I could shake hands at the end and be friends--the sure sign of a good experience. Highly recommended.“

“Mr. Tapia and his team did it again, what a dream team -- a great job on my kitchen project. Their scope was: demolition, flooring, backsplash, and final details. They were so respectful of my home - Just one of many example: they prep by protecting all areas with plastic sheeting and plastic covers on my carpets. Mr. Tapia guided me to manage the project with all of the different contractors. When we were planning the project, he said "you can do this, save some money." The DG crew replaced the damaged boards, sanded and applied finish to the remaining rooms and hallway. The results were beyond our expectations--it looked as if all the floors were newly installed. The crew was also careful in covering cupboards and built-ins with plastic, which kept dust to a minimum. Their pricing was fair for what they accomplished--we couldn't be more pleased.“

“We shopped around few floor vendors in the Bay Area and we felt Perfect Flooring to be the best partner for few different reasons. They are knowledgeable about the floors, crisp and clear communication from the start, and reasonable prices. It only took two meetings to understand what we needed and got it ordered. The invoices were clear and transparent. At the time of material pickup there was a issue with manufacturer's warehouse but Tiffany clearly managed the communication and provided an every two hour to four hour update and options. Andy also was quick to provide an estimate for the floor installation. Unfortunately, we had to go with our current contractors for installation for other reasons unrelated to floors. “We just finished having the major part of our house (approx. 2000 sq. ft) re-floored by Andro Pinto Flooring. We did receive a competing quote, but chose Andro based on our need for flexibility as we had to shift almost all the contents of every room in the house.Our installer, Bauya, did a great job installing the water-resistant laminate floors we chose and new baseboards. He has a real focus on quality work and customer satisfaction, and was able to make several good suggestions for improving the installation. What I appreciated most was how clean everything was left by him at the end of the day.Communcation was good and Andy himself came by for the the detailed quote and visited at times to check on the installation. He also came to review the final results and remind us of the warranty on the installation.Very reliable, reasonable pricing, highly recommend.“
