After contacting EBATC, I was able to get an inspection set up quickly even during the busy holiday season. Derick B showed up on time and respectfully wore shoe covers. He thoroughly inspected not just the affected area but the entire perimeter to be able to give an assessment. He walked us through his treatment proposal and the estimate.
