“Great customer service! I went in with a top that needed to be sewn by hand and they were very honest it would be pricier. So they gave me heavy duty thread for free if I wish to do it on my own. Not many places go above and beyond. Will definitely be back for any future alterations“

“Waited a few weeks after the service to make sure that there stitching held up, so I had gotten 5 work pants hemmed by them. The service was nice and fast, I already pinned up the pants to the length I wanted going in so they just worked off that for all 5 pants and did an amazing job. Monday was a drop off and Thursday was pick up. Pretty quick if it's not an emergency.“

“I lived in a loft in DTLA that had no screens so lo and behold, I had a moth situation. And expensive sweaters. Which was devastating. I started out taking a few sweaters to test the waters and see how they'd turn out. Thus far, I've taken in easily 15 cashmere, mohair and various wool blend sweaters with multiple holes and the work has been stellar. As well as the cleaning. What's more they actually care that you're happy. That's huge to me. I've had more than a few bad dry cleaner experiences so I'm very trepidatious. And my UGGs? The ones my cat decided to mark his territory on? Well, they were unwearable. Or so I thought. But now they look amazing. You can't even tell they were ever marked. No stains. No smells. Almost like brand new! And to think I threw out my last pair! Ugh indeed. So glad I found this place!“

“I always brought my work clothes there during the course of my life before I retired. Now, I still go there. I have bad arthritis and cannot hand sew like I used to. The seamstress is gentle, respectful, and completely focused when fitting your garment to you. I’ve also brought them odd ball stuff that have a tear and I don’t want to get rid of it or buy a new one. When they repair fabric you can never tell it was torn and the stitching is flawless. I have many comfortable/bedroom ensembles for my house. At least once a year they get cleaned like they’re new, but there really old. As you can see why I give them a high rating. “I came to the shop after trying a few tailor shop around that didn't work out a week before my brother's wedding to drop off my bridesmaid dress. She was so sweet and accommodating to help hem the dress a few days before the wedding. I felt at ease to drop the dress off because she put so much time and detail to pin the fabric all around the dress with me in the dressing room to get the right length! The price is reasonable for the quality of the work. I felt much more confident in my tailored dress and I can comfortably move around without worrying about tripping on my dress!
