J&I Construction
“I'm a property manager, and working with J&I Construction has honestly been one of the easiest experiences I’ve had with a contractor. They took care of everything — permits, scheduling, city inspections — which saved me a ton of time and headaches. Communication was solid throughout the entire project. I never had to chase them down for updates, and they were always clear about timelines and next steps. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done right. It’s rare to find a team that’s both professional and easy to work with, but J&I really delivered. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects.”
