I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dry cleaner. I brought in a silk skirt to be cleaned, and when I picked it up I didn’t notice the damage right away. A few days later, when I actually went to wear it, I saw that the fabric had been messed up during the cleaning process.
Unfortunately, I had already thrown away the receipt, so I didn’t bother going back to complain. Still, I think it’s important for others to be careful when bringing delicate items like silk here. I trusted them with a special piece of clothing and it came back damaged.

Horrible customer service! The Mexican lady at the front register is extremely rude… I took my slacks in and she said gave me a hard time because there was makeup on my pants I told her that’s why I’m bringing them ., HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE

Every time I go there’s this one lady who sucks at communicating, most of the time she’s just mumbling. When you say “I’m sorry can you say that again” she says it with an attitude.
