I used to take my dog to another popular grooming place in Banning, but not anymore!!! I came here because I was in a pinch and needed a rescue dog bathed on the same day. They were extremely friendly and genuinely seem to care about the dogs. I went to the boarding side by mistake, and even though I was in the wrong place, the lady still gave my dog a bunch of love and attention (which my dog loves). When I got to the right place, Lindsay bathed my dog. She again gave my dog lots of attention and asked about allergies and any other concerns. I had to find someplace where all four of my babies could stay together, and this was the place. Two of my babies never boarded before and the staff were amazing with them all. Being loving and gentle since they were nervous and wary. The pick up and drop off was smooth, and very relaxing. If I need to board my babies again, this is definitely the place. Thank you all so much for all you do ?

This is my new place ...i love it. The groomer took excellent care of my baby and was very professional.... also brought in another of my guys to have his black nails cut...i don't know how in the world she did it...black nails are hard!! Anyway, found my new groomers!!
