Very prompt in returning all calls, even when I failed to leave a message. Was able to come out same day, did an amazing job. I think I was more excited than my dog. She looks great. So happy I took the chance. Communicatin is great and I received a text when groomer was on their way. Dave was kind and courteous. My dog is shy and took to him. It was a pleasure to meet him and will definitely use them again.

This service was amazing :) Previously my 8-year-old Yorkie has always gotten bad anxiety and bad reports from other groomers. Dave came to my door took my dog gently into his quiet trailer and my dog was less anxious during and happy after the grooming. I strongly feel Dave's approach also not having other scared anxious dogs near helped my dog enjoy the grooming.
