I cannot say enough good things about this groomer.I was running late for my 11:30 appointment and felt terrible, but the moment I got there, they welcomed me with nothing but smiles and kindness.
What really blew me away, though, was how they handled my dog. My pup is incredibly sensitive about being touched around the face. The staff was so patient, gentle, and reassuring that my dog actually seemed really happy and relaxed being left in their care.
Finding a groomer who combines top-tier professionalism with genuine compassion is rare. I’ll definitely be back just due to their overall kindness and genuine care for dogs.
