“Jesus has very helpful, patience and educational. I used his service twice. First time after arriving he gives me an idea what he is going to do first check out the sprinkler system that I had issues and test all the other sprinklers to see if there were any issues I may have missed. Was able to give me heads up for certain services it would cost to troubleshoot. After all is done he would breakdown what needed to be fixed and what needed to be improved. Gave me several options and was not offended if we were to go to another irrigation company. Provided the proposal and there were no hidden costs. If there are any issues in the future I will indeed contact him for help.“

“Holy crap! It's not often I'm impressed by contractors but Chad really raised the bar. We were looking to do artificial turf for our backyard and had called various companies. We went with CST bc Chad was responsive, pricing was reasonable, and he had stellar reviews. I now understand why they are so good.
On the day of install his crew showed up and were professional, detailed, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and inspected every section of the artificial turf to ensure precise application.
Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it.
Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy.
The experience humbled me and reminded me that not everyone is out to take advantage of you. There are still some really honest, kind, and reliable contractors out there. Chad is definitely at the top of this list. I really appreciated that his goal was to do right by us.
I will definitely be referring, praising, and telling everyone about CST and Chad. I know our backyard alone will speak volumes with how beautiful it turned out.“

“I can't say enough about how great our yard now looks. Jamescapes did a great job! James came out after I had received 2 other quotes. The other 2 were just going to do what I asked - put a bunch of gravel and some plants with a drip system on my front yard - left side. The yard slants down some and the grass was too hard to maintain. It was pretty ugly looking. I've included some before and after pictures.

I wanted one more quote. James suggested another approach. He said gravel next to our large driveway with a few plants would look to plain. He suggested some rock formations with ground covering and plants - and for about the same price as the others had quoted - in fact he was less than one of them. I'm glad I agreed to go with James and his team. I had seen his pictures on other reviews and they all looked nice. They removed all the grass, removed older outdated plants, hauled it all away. They put down weed cover, re-arranged and updated the sprinklers, added rock formations with various size rocks, then plants, and ground covering and then a quality mulch blend (not home depot stuff). James is really creative with his designs and takes pride in his work. The day they were finishing, we left several hours before they were done, for a couple days. James wanted to come back in the evening to see how things looked lit up (we decided to go with nice brass lighting fixtures). He came back at night, took pictures and texted them to me. We liked his work so much, we decided to have him do a whole lot more of our yard. And he recently came back and added some more nice upgrades for us. If you want a nice looking yard; something you can enjoy.

“My sprinkler system was not working. I called Mike around Sunday 4:40 pm which the store was supposed to close at 5 pm. Mike was very nice and offered us free repair walk through service over the phone hoping to save us money from in-person services. We tried couple things he suggested and determined it might be the damaged wire issue which we were not able to fix ourselves. Mike was super patient with us over the phone for almost an hour which our call last till almost 6:30 pm.“
