My sprinkler system was not working. I called Mike around Sunday 4:40 pm which the store was supposed to close at 5 pm. Mike was very nice and offered us free repair walk through service over the phone hoping to save us money from in-person services. We tried couple things he suggested and determined it might be the damaged wire issue which we were not able to fix ourselves. Mike was super patient with us over the phone for almost an hour which our call last till almost 6:30 pm.
I had a mid-sized rototilling project and struggled to find a company that was even willing to respond. RototillerGuy was the exception--their quote process was seamless, and Mike was available to walk through the specifics with me immediately. They had a crew free the next morning, so we locked it in.
Mike and his team arrived exactly on time and did a fantastic job. We actually had to adjust the scope of work on the fly, and the cost increase was very reasonable. The results exceeded my expectations, and the team worked incredibly hard. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
I had an excellent experience with Rototiller Guy. They took on a sprinkler job that several others said couldn’t be done—fixing and adding new sprinkler lines that were tucked under a hard-to-reach section of my driveway. Their attention to detail was impressive throughout the entire project.
