I had an appointment with my primary care physician that I scheduled weeks in advance. I even called the office the day of my appointment to confirm the date and time. Sonia confirmed everything and never mentioned there would be any issue.

Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, Sonia called me back to tell me that I could not be seen because I have an OB. If that was the office’s policy, why wasn’t I informed when I made the appointment or when I called earlier that day to confirm it?

I went to get a TB test, and they sent me to another place to get x-rays. They charged me just for sending me to another place to pay for the x-rays, and they didn't want to sign the paper that I needed for my job. They wanted me to pay again for the physical that I didn't need. They wanted to charge me again for the signature. I'm very upset. I will never go to this place again and I don't recommend it. 0 *

They force you to a sign an arbitration form, even though their forms say you don’t have to sign to receive medical treatment. They refuse to provide treatment without it even though it contradicts their own paperwork.
