I’m thankful to West Covina Health Care team because they helped my grandma after she had a fall with a fracture at our home. At the beginning we were hesitad to place her there because of their prior reviews, but we decided to tour the facility and this really helped us with our decision. They have such a great team that is in constant communication with the patient and family. The rehab department did an amazing job with the physical therapy and she was discharged within 4 weeks. I strongly advise to have someone tour or call the facility before you place your love ones in any nursing home even in the 5 star facilities.
Liz from the office was extremely helpful and showed concern for the best care for my daughter. Everyone I met was kind, considerate and caring. They were patient with my daughter who was worried about being away from the hospital. They accepted her in spite of her physical, medical, and emotional needs and situation. They strived to give my daughter the services she needed and what was best for her. They welcomed our input for her care. Joel, head RN, was especially caring and Dr Gupta was quick to attend to her.
This facility has made a lot of improvements. Staff are awesome and ready to get the needs done. Not all facilities are perfect but they have been attentive with resident’s and family’s concerns. As for kaiser patients doctors are in 7days a week to listen to our concerns regarding health issues
