Brenda is genuinely one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered in a healthcare setting. From the moment I interacted with her, she was dismissive, unhelpful, distracted on her phone and spoke to both patients and staff in an unprofessional manner.
The medical staff seemed to be doing their best, but her attitude created an uncomfortable environment and made an already stressful visit even worse. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion, especially when seeking medical care.
Based on my experience, Brenda’s behavior reflects poorly on the clinic as a whole. I hope these concerns are taken seriously because I will be contacting HR immediately.

Front desk is so quick to talk over me saying the Dr called when they didn't call me yet. 2:16 pm I was called to make a same day appt for my results. 3:05 pm was the call the nurse usually does to ask questions before the Dr calls seperately after. And the 4:43 pm call was me calling them because I didn't receive a call yet and wanted to make sure I was still gonna get a call since they close at 5 pm. **I did end up speaking with the Dr and she said she called me but I don't have a record of it in my call log. Staff was very helpful, over the phone and when I got there.
This was my first time coming here. I come from the valley, which the biggest one out of all of them.
Wait time is a little long, but friendly staff.
Normal primary doctor visits are okay but I would not recommend for OBGYN.
The main and only Doctor there, Dr.Patel is not that great. I have a high risk pregnancy and I have never felt not listened to, more than when I was under his care, thankfully it was only for a week.
Didn’t want to switch my medications, literally passed me on to another doctor and sent me home without the correct medication. I had to beg, BEG his nursing staff to do something regarding… read full review
