Very unhappy with their service. Minimum wait time for each visit is 50minutes. We had a question and I called 3 times during a week and never got a call back or answer to our question. This office is all about money and don't care for the patient.

Love my doctor BUT the receptionist answering the calls is rude and lets their ego take over on the job. The person sounds very inexperienced and has no sense of care. Sounds childish and should be working retail, not a professional setting.

I went in to getBirth control and they were charging me a copayment and $95 I reminded them that I just needed bc. They Sent me to the pharmacy with a prescription to get the Depo. When I get there they told me that my insurance doesn’t cover for Depo so I had to go back and had no choice but to get the pill which was my second choice. They need to be more professional and look into the patient’s insurance to see if it covers what the patient is asking for I felt like I wasted my time and I wasn’t valued and they just did not give me the service and kindness I deserve.
