“I want to thank Magaly and Haley for properly handling the issue I was having in getting my RX refilled. I understand that this clinic is going through some changes, and have had a difficult time getting a couple of employees to understand my simple request of getting a RX filled. Today was my third call (since 10/18), where previous employees gave me different answers and never returned my calls. Well, I reached Magaly this morning and she knew just what to do. She got Haley involved and within 2 hours, my phone call was returned. Within 15 minutes of speaking to Haley, my RX was already filled.
