I'm giving three stars only because of the doctor. I'm extremely disappointed with staff. I really liked Dr. Dev himself but unfortunately, I have chosen another doctor to perform my surgery. This staff is non responsive and apparently uncaring. Left a message when I did not receive anything from them six weeks after my consultation. Stated they had to get preauthorization from Medicare, but my case would not involve Medicare because it is considered cosmetic. Therefore, I waited six weeks for no valid reason.I was then told that they would email the quote. No email came so I called after two days and left a message. No response to that. I have never met a more caring and compassionate doctor in my life. He truly cares about his patients. He found out my girlfriend was in the hospital for something totally unrelated and came to visit her on his own personal time. No other doctor I have ever met would do that.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Dev! After a 2 year battle with my daughter’s skin issue and several misdiagnoses from multiple providers, he was right on with his diagnosis and treatment which included surgical repair. His bedside manner was filled with compassion and knowledge, all while taking the time to answer any questions we may have had. The staff was always so pleasant and our appointments were always on time sometimes even taken back early. :)
