This is purely a review of my initial consultation for the weight loss program. My initial consult was done via Zoom with Robin. She was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the program. The appointment set up was easy and clear. I also received text messages and emails after the consultation with instructions I needed to move forward. 5 stars for communication and customer service so far.
Very friendly and prompt and answering my questions. Did not keep me waiting. She called me back after finding out all the answers to my questions and set me up with an appointment very soon after for a free consultation with the doctor with whom I asked to see.
I went in for a tattoo removal consultation and it went very well, A big thank you to Robin Ferguson ! She is amazing, she made me feel comfortable and took me step by step explaining the process, very sweet and helpful, my first session went so smoothly I booked another one in advance.
