Mario is amazing person. He is honest and patient. The office is very polite and helpful. I had nothing but trouble with American homeshield. If I could give this more stars I would. I need to give a huge thank you to Mario because of him he saved our Christmas and he's a man of his word, he went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed with our heater, if you want your heat or ac problems fixed this is the place to go, their communication and their loyalty is just amazing. Thank you once again Mario and I look forward to as a returning customer with valley air systems.
I had a very good experience with Valley Air Systems. Angel took care of all of my issues, and even showed me around my system and educated me on my AC unit. I will definitely reach out to this company again for future heating and air needs.
